If they are just anti American they have a right to exist as that's what freedom of speech is all about. However if they are trying to push terrorism then I think they should be taken down.

I believe the terrorists have the right to express their opinions on their web sites until we track them down and kill them.

I think you're speaking of Jon from the Wetlands. He did some stuff a while back with Al Quaeda (sp?) websites, but haven't heard anything else since.
