Guys, this month I did over 1.000.000 ( not much I know ) mature gallery traffic, I forwarded 12.000 to sponsors. Guess how much sales I did. Null, zero, nothin. hey, what is wrong ? any ideas ?

Wow, that's by far the worst conversion ratio I've heard of in a while. Even if your galleries convert badly you should stay below 1:100k gallery uniques in the long run (better would be ~1:30k).

Content needs to be a bit excluvise, I dont know much about this niche, you could add the look and feel of the frontpage into your galleries ,so there is a recognition point.
It is important to tell in your galleries what content they can expect and what lok and feel the membersite has, If you put a lot of work in a gallery , the future member will think you will put all that effort too in your site
