Agreed with everything you said except Philly goaltending. For the most part, Esche was solid. In previous years, their goaltending was not up to par, and the reason for their early exits.

This year it was their penalty killing that was their demise. Game 5, all three Tampa goals were off the powerplay. He might have had 2 bad nights, and maybe 3 soft goals the entire playoffs.

Saying Philly 'sucks' is not a valid comment.

let me edit, i didnt say my sentence correctly, Philly sucked because of Esche. Their team is full of gritty veterans. Esche lets in long shots because he is blind. if Philly ever gets great goaltending again they will be way more competative. as u know goaltending is everything now in hockey, and i dont see Esche even close to being a top goaltender.

I dont know what TV show you are watching, and this coming from an avid Flyer hater, but Esche was pretty dam good in most of series. The only reason Flyers lost game 1 was they couldnt put the puck in the net and Tampa finally broke through.

its hurt me to tell this but tampa si a solid hockey team, but calgary are hardworkers and they presently have the best goalie in the league, they gonna win in 6
for the fans part of the discution, im a die hard fan of the habs, no city live or die with a hockey team like Montreal , the original 6 team are all in great hockey town, but Montreal is one step higher !
Esche is a good goaler, but not in the class of Nabokov or Kiprusoff.

Khabibulin is over-rated , he have to thank is defenseman who are doing an awesome job...

Youve obviously are not knowledgeable of the game, the team or the goalie. All the networks were discussing was how Philly is finally set for goaltending and was not the issue in the loss.
