I haven't had any ice cream since September. The doctor wants me on a lowfat diet until my 14th post op appt with him though. So I guess I'd have to get some healthy choice ice cream lol. Hope you feel better quickly! Yes, you have to watch your fat intake after gall bladder surgery, until you recover and find what foods work for you. I was fine food-wise after about 4 weeks, though I still get "phantom" gall bladder pains once in a while.Comment
