    So, he sends me payment for Icoo via paypal on an account that just got toasted.

    Naturally, I mail him back and say, oops, can you use this other account please? Right?

    This is where it gets interresting
    He tells me that they never send payments twice, sorry..

    unfortuantely. Paypal didn't send us money back because of any error
    in the time of money transfer.
