Havent noticed many sites in .NET right now - but the amount of developers switching over from asp and php is huge. .NET is by far the most powerful web programming framework - love it! -
I don't even really know what .net IS.. aside from something microsoft made. Does anyone have a good link? I did a search a min ago.. and it was a lot of jibba jabba to sort through.Comment

Couldn't agree more, its tough to get a good overview of .NET - partially because its a framework which emcompasses web, desktop, phone, pda programming.
www.asp.net is a great resource for learning about the web side of the .NET framework.
