Costs are relevent to what has to be done.
To give a cost without speaking to you and evaluating what it is your trying to accomplish and why is not in my best interest or yours.

You have asked a question that is very vague. Can it be done yes. Should it be done? Not sure till I look at the situation. Costs? Well that would be like me asking you do you know what it would cost to paint my house. You have never seen my house so it would be impossible for you to even guess.
