Also, we have a staff designer but this guy is overloaded with work so I wanted to spread it out a bit and bring in some new templates from a fresh designer. I told Qman up front that I didn't "need" these designs as a life or death thing, but since I liked his work I wanted to have some of his designs.

So anyway, at first he wanted $20 a design. I told him that I was looking for something clean and easy. All the thumbs could be the same design so, in essence, he was really just making a new logo/header and changing the color schemes for the picture galleries and same with the movie galleries. For that, he knocked the price down to $15 a gallery. Sure, it's not the most expensive... but it's also not rock bottom pricing either.

As a business, we're not afraid to spend money. However, we still like to seek out deals... even when we deal with the big boys. Everything is negotiable in this business. No one's rates are set in stone once bulk comes into play (and bulk for you may be different than bulk to someone else).
