                                                                              Simi Valley is usually number one...that's true. I lived in Simi Valley for a while. My Pit-Bull puppy got loose and jacked up another dog in our condos. We had 9 cop cars because there was a "killer Pit Bull" on the loose. The cop I asked what was going on never figured out it was my dog....I guess the other dog only got a couple of scratches but the cops were ready to shoot to kill.

                                                                              Ever since we moved out Simi Valley has been very safe ;-)

It is just a couple minutes down the street from the Village Smoke Shop.
