Ask your host to provide you with full headers for the email that was sent to them, not just the spam email.

The headers are identical. Now let's see who sent the spam complaint in question...

Now is it just a coincidence that identical spam emails were sent in an attempt to incriminate you and I, that the subject lines were very similar and that the person who filed both complaints goes by "Pad"?

It's a shame the search function is down because I'll bet I can easily find that email address somewhere on this board.

I noticed that the yahoo email address in the header says "storageforcattle".

I've seen him (Pad/Creative) mention that his AIM screen name is Cattle.
