Hi Darryl.. When you have a company that was purchased by the Galanis and Molina mob for just $750K on the understanding they also take on the exisiting iBill debts of around $22mill - and when neither Galanis or Molina have done anything about this debt level - it does not take a "turn about company" to know iBill is up shit creek.
After the established lies and deceit so far on the part of iBill, I have no doubts whatsoever this company was engaged to illustrate Galanis and Molina were showing "due diligence" in the handling of iBill and helps with the court action/s to come :-)
The engaging of an management corp also enables them to blame someone else to a degree - where they can get off with this.
Another factor is.... IBD now have access to iBill's credit card data and, IBD/Nexcend also happen to have plans of their own and a possible use of this data. They have already stated that their other ventures into online entertainment and channel TV will benefit from the data in associated companies. In other words, - they have just raided iBill for anything they could get, including credit card holder info, (webmaster members!), and it matters little if iBill has any future.
Here's IBD's website...

You see any mention of iBill??
Na.. There is a lot of "face" going on, but this is none less than a fraudulent company and the fun has not started yet :-)
