Hey man, take note of this.
We admit we had a designer COPY a TGP template and we delt with it and gave the client back a design and two free ones for his trouble yea.
Shit happens man and we delt with it, we have prevented this from happening again, we are happy to inform people, but if you want to do it for us that's cool with us.
It's funny how there is always one prick that likes to bring up one issue that happened, but they forget to mention how it was delt with.
Our office is now manned 24 hrs by western guys to ensure quality, so before you go slamming someone see how it was delt with.
That's what outsourcing means, we are not freelancers if something happens WE TAKE RESPONSABILITY FOR IT and SORT IT OUT LIKE WE DID.
