The only thing that pays well is US traffic ...

If you convert 1 : 1000 on a 35 $ signup you make 35 cent per hit on your sponsor right ? that's with US traffic.

If you convert 1:10 at sending surfer to install the tool, you make 1 cent a hit of us traffic ... how can it be profitable ?

The only way I see it working is on exit or on cj sites with auto install bullshit

You don't send your surfer anywhere.
If he clicks no and opts not to install, he's still at your site. If he clicks yes and installs, he still stays at your site also.
I tried it on a few CJ sites with a few thousand hits of traffic, and it made me some nice extra cash.
