It funny to see a lot of these stupid replies from people who never advertised.
As TGP's have a lot of international traffic I have a couple of recommendations to paysite owners looking to buy traffic:
Start with your payment options, next to cashcading (using different CC processors)
do you have billing systems to cover your european traffic?
if so, do you have a dialer that will actually build your income! and what is your payout Per country? per minute? and is it a surfer friendly one?
The dialers that most of the paysite owners use will get you the first or maybe the 2nd call, but when YOUR surfer wants to get back to your site to dial up the 2nd or 3rd time through th edownloaded dialer, they might never find your website again ( a couple of dialer programs will redirect them to their own or others content giving you no profit on the return calls anymore ). (Of course using geotargeting!) Extra dialer income from your paysite will make it more easy to earn back your advertising $'s back. (As european surfers rather pay 1.10 Euro per minute to check out your membersection and sign up later, typing in your url with no tracking ID in it)
- Make sure you have one exit console, with a couple of sites listed there within the same niche (as you filtered the traffic already) or even test the same paysite with another membership system, or do offer them a trial for the same paysite in your exit.
- Depening on your niche and the way you'd like to advertise I would love to chat with you guys and point you in right direction.
You might not earn back your money the first month, but if you know your retention is good + return calls, the 2nd or 3rd month might start making you profit!
