    I signed up. Well it was a mistake since the person I was suppose to pay bailed on the deal. Now is their another way to get the money out without getting their damn card?

      No I don't think so, you'll need to spend the $35 on a card, or find someone you trust interested in transferring funds around.

          I guess you could work out a trade with someone for equivalent paypal funds. Otherwise use it to buy 50 bucks worth of traffic or something.
