Lots of them actually. Cunard runs a regular transatlantic from England to NYC. Just about every major line runs cruises out of the Med. The best deals are repositioning cruises. Repositioning happens when a Cruise line needs to move a boat from one area to another. An example would be moving one of the boats doing the caribbean to europe for the summer. The cruise from the caribbean to europe can be as long as 2-3 weeks and is usually a helluva bargain, look for them on sites like
