I've got this mainsteam idea that's pet related and I'm thinking about creating a site. I was thinking about naming the site after my dog and hers... this idea has serious potential! NO ONE ELSE IS DOING IT! If the relationship works out, I don't mind doing 50/50 cause she's gonna be a part of it... if it doesn't, Am I obligated to give her 50% of the biz?

50% is right out. If you feel the need to give her stake, give her a lower percentage but... keep it all if you can and just offer her $.
From the sounds of it, its your idea you know how to make it work and she'd just be "helping" so... dont give too much.
