I just use the Google site search feature. For example, if you were to type in:
site:www.gofuckyourself.com +cheap +teen +content
into the Google search window, you would receive back links to threads that contain all three words only from the GFY board. Not ideal, but it works for now...
You can learn more about 'Site Search' and other search features at http://www.google.com/help/features.html.SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.Comment

It'd be a bit of a hassle but doable.. you'd just need to have it like sit in your tray 24x7 and crawl the new threads that get made or bumped to the top.
