Most sponsors will create an account for you when you get your first payment.
Look at the list in my sig find one you like and write them about it ;)

or topbucks. you dont need to be verified for transfers within epassporte system or if your account doesnt overreach 5k usd.

ARS will still make you accounts. Or rather the form is still up there to walk you through it.. I dont see why they would stop doing it.

Topbucks, NaughtyAmerica, Flashcash, ARS are the ones that come to mind. Some charge and some are free. Ask your favourite sponsor that pays by epassporte if it is free or pay with them.
