Is something wrong with the Stiffy Cash Join forms or am I missing something here.

I went to legaltightgirls.com Filled out the first form asking for a full name, valid email, zip code and country. Hit submit and was given this error.

"Sorry, we were unable to process your credit card. Please try another payment method.

Pay by check"

There was no spot for CC info.
