When I first got this, from an ex whom I worked for 3 years ago...under the name ANgel on his site for about 6-8 weeks, I was thinking, "Why the Hell WOULD you be gettnig emails to [email protected] ?! I have been gone for over 3 years and I was only there under that name for a few months at best! Sooo....I went and looked at his site. The emails are not for me! He has hired a new model going by the name Angel! The emails are for HER! Has he lost his damned mind?! Should I even be worried? Or will he realize that these messages are NOT for me?

Sheesh! Who wants to be the one to tell him?

I am in Cali, he is in Vegas...Do I call MY cops or his?! Where would I file a restraining order? I have not replied, because he is the type to get my IP addy and try to screw with my machines and such...WAY too much drama!

I'm pretty sure you would call his local police precinct. Tell them that you can forward them the e-mail with headers and tell them you would like to file a report and that you would also like to get a restraining order. I believe you will also need to file a restraining order with your local precinct in case he does ever come around so that if you have to call your local police on him they will have it on record, but you might want to call your local office anyway and ask their advice.

Sounds like a lot of talk.. I'd report him to the police though. Make a document trail so if it gets ugly down the road they can do something.

Wouldn't that mean he would get a copy of it along with my home address? I have been cautious to NOT let him know where I live. He has popped up once a year, usually around this time but this is the worst

WOW Kayla thats pretty fucked up. I'd recommend you take out a restraining order and maybe have an alarm in your house if you don't already. Do you live alone or with someone? If you live with someone make sure he/she sleeps with a bat or golf club under his/her bed

This is an interstate issue, and the U.S.S.S. handles this kind of computer crime, they will send a couple of agents and more likely than not it will mellow him out, if you have past e-mails, that will help in forming a case that the prosecutor will use to convict him for any number of laws that he's already broken.

That is good advise. Make sure you report it, so they can do something about it. It might just be to threaten you and make you scared, but you never know how crazy he will get. This way the police will know what is going on.

They have given all the advise you needed, just be sure that you don't wander alone, invite some friends to sleep over to your house or much better, go to your parents house.
