    what kind of claim can I make against AaronM for this video he's posted. Yes, it was his video cam, but I never signed any release of any kind, and I want this shit stopped.

              Hate to say this (without seeing the video of course) if he is just releasing it and not profiting from it there is little to nothing you can do. He is the photographer correct?
              Was he under the employment of someone when the video was made that could have an intellectual property rights clause?

                                      Amp, the video is harmless, and you didn't seem to be forced to appear in it.. i dont see how a lawsuit would hold up in any form of court.. because he didnt profit from it, you seemed to go along with it (in your own home), and there is no slander involved..

                                                                  I never agreed to any of it being released until it was "finished". (although I never had any intention of finishing it) And Aaron gave me his "word" that he would stick to that. Granted it was verbal. Not good for me, not good for him either.

                                                                  That obviously didn't happen, and I don't think video of me is doing me a whole lotta good at this stage. I'm not on the campaign trail, and I'm not trying to make an impression on anyone. This video is not to my benefit, which in my view, is doing the opposite. Damage.

It made me like him more. It's a great "behind the scenes" video. I think it's actually artistic. Maybe I read more into videos than what are actually there, but I see a lot of "the human condition" in the story of Amp... from the board to the video. He's a guy making a living as a designer for one of the most successful companies in the porn business. Yet he faces the same problems and personal demons as everyone else in the "mainstrean" world. He's justifiably proud of being "self taught". It's a great clip.

                                                                                                                                                                                              When I wrote this I was still puzzling over why Amp was upset about this video. I thought I must be missing something. I guess I missed nothing. Amp is assuming that because Aaron posted this video, there must be some sinister motive behind it.

                                                                                                                                                                                              I do believe Amp is incorrect in this assumption.
