Based on the sites that got tanked I am certain google didn't like the blog/referrer spamming because all of those sites that were spammed together on pages are now dead. As for hits, like I said, I was #1 and #2 in my keywords. I got about 2000 hits per day from Google and converted about 1:200. In a 2 week period I made a few grand. So, yeah, there is DEFINATELY NO MONEY IN SEO...

Well, lesson learned.. either buy cheap hosting and run through domains at the speed of light or grow their back links a hell of a lot slower... and don't link them to each other..

The thing I don't understand is that some sites are still in google that were on the same referrer or blog pages as I was. And they all link to eachother too....
