Just for processing with CCBILL EU what's the most affordable solution if a site owner not actually a EU citizen.
Setting a EU company(Cyprus or Gibraltar) up though CCBILL require principal passport/ID as well.There's no indication about EU but I expect it should be EU ID or passport as one of the principals.Is it worthy to set partnership with EU residence webmaster for account opening though it's question with taxation and CCBILL info for tax authorities.

Have anyone smooth and reliable experince of sign to CCBILLEU up?
