dude, look at your site from a surfer's point of view...if you were a surfer and stumbled upon her site, what would make you want to pull out the CC and sign up?
you're not giving any samples of the type/quality of photo that can be seen on the site
the site navigation is all over the place, be consistent
the text on your tour is also "all over" in terms of location, size & font - be consistent
the text being all over makes it hard to read and quickly loses surfer intrest
and brighten up the colors, too drab looking
overall though, you're trying so at least you're doing alot more than most of the people just sitting on their ass !!!
