So I am in Vancouver for a bit and cruising some of the nicer Robson Street shops with my GF. All of a sudden the girl thinks that she is a princess and I have to buy her something. She actually puts on some clothes and refused to take them off to the point there is a scene in the store. She is trying to walk out the door with them on to force me to buy and the manager is coming over wondering wtf is going on. I was totally shocked to see behaviour like this coming from a grown woman. I ditched her on the spot and just went home.
It is sadly true that money will eventually corrupt. In my case it's not me, but everyone around me gets fucked up by my money. I registered my first domain name in 1994, and have worked every single day for more than 10 years without a day off or vacation to get where I am. To me it is clear that if you are poor it is only because you are not really trying.
