You want perfect screen shots you have to do it by hand in an editing program like Premiere or another app, no way around that. If the vid clip has a lot of motion as most sex vids do, there are going to be a percentage blurry or poor quality screen caps if you have a program like SnatchIt (which does work well for what it is) just grab them automatically. Either that or you have to have it takes lots of pics automatically and start editing down to the good ones. Some people de-interlace the screen grabs, and editing out the bad ones and sharpening the remainder up in Photoshop can be done if they are important pics.
