I can define "stupid" in the way people go about handling their problems.
If my neighbors downstairs were playing their music so loudly that it was disturbing me, I'd politely go downstairs and ask them if they could lower it a little bit.

One way the problem wouldn't get solved is by posting a thread topic on an adult messageboard about it, now that would be just plain stupid.

I think you should go downstairs and ask them if they can lower their music a little bit. Unless your afraid of actually talking to black people I really recommend that.
