Are there successful paysites starting now with non-exclusive content, or do you have to have exclusive content now with more sophisticated surfers? or can you get a way with a mix of exclusive and non-exclusive?

Are you better off with higher quality non-exclusive content or lower quality exclusive content (and don't tell me higher quality exclusive content, because that's a no brainer).
