I saw it last night. I'd give it thumbs up but I'd hardly say it's a "must watch."

I agree Alli. I've watched the first one on dvd 5 times at least.I think I liked the first one slightly more, but Shrek 2 was still super entertaining.
I recommend seeing it for those that haven't.
