if she wanted to quit though it is going to hurt your biz that she's quitting and not doing the hardcore you wanted. but all in all she'll soon realize that it would have been smart to take that severance money and work on doing something else while she had some security for that year. but it seems like if that wasn't enough to her that she probably fell into the trap of spending more than she makes and 2k probably doesn't cover her bills.
