Help with production company start up

I am in the research stages of starting a adult production company. I have not even registered a business name yet. I want to make sure this is passable before I sink money into it. I am laid off temporally and have a tun of free time. I am using this time to get the business off the ground. I don?t have a lot of money but I want to get started any way that I can. Making sure that everything I am doing is legal on the WWW, federal, state and city levels. I also well need the proper documents related to my company.

I am planing to start with a website. I am going to use it to promote the company. The purpose of it well be to give a place for adult models to apply for adult work. Including nude and sex acts for film and print. The models well be required to give contact info and pictures possibly nude. All info well be kept privet for the use of the company. The pictures well be used for anything they are needed for.

Second I am planing to use the models for my production company. I well be producing a wide verity of legal adult content. Including solo girl, girl girl, boy girl and any sex acts that are legal in those groups.

Third I am planing to use the content I produce for copyright sale, website content, print, dvd sales or any combination of those.
