How many of you read lukeford.com?

Didn't Luke retire a few years ago and become a monk or something?

netvideogirls bought it from luke some time ago. they sold it again, a couple of weeks ago.

I can't say I believe everything written by Luke, but you can get a good view of how some things work in this industry. At least they are interesting readings to do.

Why would you still read his site? He doesn't write about the adult industry anymore...

I used to read his site when it was him doing the site....

I was more amused by the site than some in this business...he didn't rub me as wrong as he rubbed some, even though I did get snippy when he misquoted me once....

I remember one year I wasn't elite enough for the Player's Ball...it was interesting...Tommy, GreenyGuy and I got denied entry due to dress code violation (the shmucks from C2K were enforcing their regular dress code rules for a private party) and I threw a hissy (which in restrospect, I had a better time at the Party At The Mansion with the sushi and the "interesting" show put on by the Sweets anyway, so I guess I should thank them ;))) and Luke published it...was my first time on Luke Ford and I felt honored ;)))

Some people in this business believe their own hype and get upset at little things....

While Luke did have a LOT of misinformation, it was very interesting who was feeding him this information....a lot of the very people publicly decrying him....I remember bringing Luke to NetPond Radio and giving him full reign to do his show...even the people who hated him showed up in droves......

hmmm, maybe I should buy LukeFord.com and whip the biz up a little...... ;))))

Or maybe that's why he was entertaining...I haven't been to his site in close to a year, but I have been there...Does this mean I'm not a newbie?

I will say this about Luke though...

I remember a low point for me in NetPond Radio was the Luke Ford Slamathon....I just hated it...I was hosting the show in which the webmasters came out to bash the shit out of Luke and recieve valuable prizes from the show's sponsor for the "Best Bashing"...well, it got just downright mean-spirited and I guess webmasters were entertained, so that's what matters, but I just really hated doing it.........but Luke took it like man...hell, these days you question someone elite stauts or make an offhanded remark to one of the "big playas" in this business and they go into crybaby mode and start issuing phonecalls of doom, legal bullshit and "you hurt my feelings boo hoo" Hallmark cards......and yet, here was Luke taking this in stride (personally, I think he had a dark side that loved the abuse ;)))

Um, right. That lapdogs been outta porn since late last summer.

I guess you must be the sucker that bought it.
