    The Kournikova stalker. This guy should be shot.

    He does no good for society whatsoever.

    This guy stalks her. Swims across her bay to break in. He has stabbed a college girl in the past. Basically tells the judge that he loves her and that she knows this, and she gets a restraining order against him.

    If I were her, I would have spit in the judges face.

              I would be pissed. But, I did watch a deal on it last night, was it outdated?

              I just saw where they gave him a restraining order.

              If someone was after me and had a prior record of commiting the act, I would be very fired up.

              Did he get sentenced?

              I really could be wrong...I don't watch a lot of celebrity news, it happened to be on last night while I was working...

                              Well, I don't think I'd be pissed at the judge. He did his job by issuing the restraining order.

                              What else can be done? I have no idea.

                              I'd be pissed off at the LEGAL system, because that's where everything falls apart. (Note, I didn't say Justice system, because that's NOT what it is).

                                  so all hes done to her is break into her flat, did he not get arrested for that too? What else can the judge do, lock him up for something he might do in the future? I cant see judges starting to lock people up for things they might or might not do
