The natural way:

First: Eat! Have a lot of rice, pasta or potato in the meal (emphasis on carbohydrates). And I mean A LOT!
Then: Drink! Anything sweet, like soda/lemonade. Then keep drinking a glass of water every hour.

You simply need to fuel Yourself up a bit.
Try it and see what happens
