My doctor as well as a personal trainer both told me that Any Machine with to much weight can cause perminent damage to my body.
As far as any weight training goes I know my limits. I have yet to have a problem doing lat pull downs and If it would be that harmfull The Gym would be up to their ears with lawsuits.
