They are selling this site as well as securing a monthly hosting payment for a year all in one sale.

Yep, same as their other TGPs and traffic sites. They're obviously intended for newbies since no one in the know would seriously think that a 333 hit per day TGP has any value.

That's a damn good sale for them. Of course they're ripping the buyers off, going on the "$1 per K per day" TGP rule of thumb it would require over 4 years to recoup the buy price.

Buddy, I never said this was supposed to be for "l33t" webmasters or whatever you would like to call yourself, this is for those who want to get started in the adult biz and this is a great way for them to start. A great design, everything installed and running, decent starting traffic/trades, and great hosting!

like i said, this offers those so-called "n00bies" an opportunity for a great design and everything pre-installed. it is worth the investment, especially since we offer any support needed to get things running.
