                    Not in other provinces, except for graffiti.. This is a public sign, on a public road, allowed by the government, and created by a Teacher's Union.. A group you'd HOPE would be unbiased, and not racist..

Japanese food here is criticized too.. you can find MUCH better in Toronto... I'm guessing you've never lived outside Quebec?
