I'm not in the mood to go into many details but I can tell you that the local and Atlanta responses have sucked ass and I am personally not a fan of photographers posing as the models so that they can negotiate the deal and collect as a middle man. Just trade the numbers one for one with other producers. Thats the best way. Whores are like manure.. It's only good if you spread it around. I normally trade a few numbers a day with local producers in my neck of the woods. That's the best way to do it. If you are a so called "middle man" eventually the girl will start booking gigs behind your back anyway. Just trade the numbers with other producers and share the wealth.

We've found a couple girls on OMP to do girl/girl shoots with me.
We're in Atlanta. The only problem is the amount of money some girls consider their hourly rate....when they are unknown and some aren't pretty at all.
But for the 2 girls we've found it was worth the $40/year or however much we paid for a membership.Comment

fuck that place, my wife gets 100's of emails a week from there and NOT ONE LEGIT DEAL HAS BEEN MADE.....maybe i am a ltitle off, there may have been one or two, but very rarely
and as a photographer/producer on there, not one girl is good looking, and the few that are worth the effort to email don't do dick
i wasted money on 4 months membership that shithole with not one girl to show for it....the 3 I did try and book for shoots never showed anyway...

do you have a model call on your site? do you use the model forums? I would say this is your best bet as these are where I get 80% of my work, 10% comes from places like OMP and the other 10% is word of mouth....send me an email, ill pass you to a bunch of awsome forums that are pretty active and Free.....blonde _ 8420001 @ yahoo . com

OMP is not a very good place to find porn models, but it is valuable in giving you credibility, especially if you can back it up with a serious photographer web site.
You are more likely to get referrals from other producers.
The problem contacting new models is that they are hit with 100 emails within 24 hours of joining. It is hard to stand out.
And there can be exceptions. Just another tool to use.

All she had was lingerie, when I needed casual outdoor clothes. She was initially pissed at him.
I tried to rebook, but he wanted to up the price, to recover. She got pissed at me cause I wouldn't pay. She soon disappeared.

I've had a listing on onemodelplace for something like 4 yeras now, and although I've not gotten a lot of girls from there, it's nice having an online portfolio in that kind of place leading to my site. I had a membership to OMP for awhile. I booked a total of two models in 4 months. Most of them gave me responses like "my going rate is $1000 a day." Very few of them were serious models and even fewer who put "Adult nude" were actually interested in adult nude or knew what that meant. Even worse, occasionally you have a girl who puts up an incredibly sexy nude pic but doesn't do nude.Comment

In general OMP is a joke...
I have hired quite a few girls from there.. so Im guessing I have lucked out.. but i hate all the wannabe pimps, all the girls with webcams that want $1000 a day for thong pics..etc...
Is it worth it? For me it has.. but then again I dont pay and I have a silver membership!
