A belated thanks and apology

To my GFY secret santa...i said i had not received anything and just today i spoke to someone from my office who told me ive had a package sitting on my desk for over a month or so...i asked him to open it for me and told me what it was...so once again first off my apologies i had totally forgotten that i had put my office ad the delivery addie and not my home and since i havent been to the office for more than a month due to health issues...Thanks to whomever my secret santa was
