    I cannot shake what is ailing me.

    Fuck I have had this cough now forever, and today all of a sudden I'm getting the body aches all over again and the general just feeling like shit.

    The doctor has given me antibiotics, cough expectoant etc...I'm downing vitamin c drinking water like it's beer.

    This sucks...it's definitely put a crimp into my life here lately.

      Maybe try a Hot Toddie at night... The way I make it is... southern comfort, honey and water in a coffee cup.. warm it up in the microwave for about 1 min and sip it.. It always makes me feel better.

      Hope you get to feeling better soon..

              don't have a whole lot of time for sleep...especially since I already went through this like 3 weeks ago when I was sicker than a dog.

              And today right out of the blue I start feeling like that all over again.

              I'm sitting here at my desk and my arms, and legs start aching, I took tylenol and that helped a bit...but then it hit me all over again this evening...I'm a wuss when it comes to being sick...LOL

              I usually work through it but I haven't been sick like this in a damn long time.

                  Well I know for the most part it's allergies...but when I went to the doctor the first time she told me that if there are body aches then it's viral..and not much you can do about that.

                  She gave me the antibiotics to keep me from getting strep throat.

                  My youngest niece I had to take her to the doctor the other day and her doctor was telling me the stats for Nevada and illnesses...regarding getting well Nevada actually ranks as one of the worst states.

                  She has my niece on a double load of antibiotics to make sure she gets rid of it.

                          hmm...that's what's been really tearing me up.

                          I'm having some violent coughing spells. I can't sleep at night because I cough through the entire night.

                                  When I get sick like that I sleep in my recling chair at about a 45 degree incline. Seems to help reduce the coughing. If I lay flat on my back it feels like I am drowning.

                                          I can relate, although... what's wrong with me is in my head. I did the blood work, got some medication and will go back to see the doc soon.

                                          What ever it is... it's pretty much disabled me

                                                      It seems a lot of people in GFY are sick, one way or another.
