SoCal is *super* Mexican, and there are asians everywhere.
Personally I dig it.
MrIzzz is right though, things really move a lot slower here, I've even noticed it in business.
If you hate traffic, do not even consider moving to LA. Imagine a giant parking lot at 2pm on a weekday.... now imagine that is the highway
If you want to party, you need to be in SoCal.....or maybe San Fran. outside of there it is all pretty boring strip mall towns.
