I got tons of killer .ca but I would never use them to build a site over them unless it's a project directly related to canada and if it's a straight project. Paysite I don't even think about it anymore. We started with
www.adultcontent.ca and we had TONS of webmaster thinking .ca was for california.... imagine how surfers can be lost ;)
I think .ca domains are mostly good for SE value.
Men.ca has some value ..but doesn't worth 20k... probably 5k if you found the right person with the right project
