- English people are cleaner. Just go to Ottawa for exemple, you'll see how beautiful the streets are, the parks, no garbage...In montreal you see a lot of junk, graffitis everywhere, vandalism.

It depends on which French-Canadian you speak to, but I would say there is no difference except for the fact that they have a adopted a completely different culture than the rest of Canada, they are much more European. After living in Calgary, and living in Montreal, I can say with authority that French Canadians are NOT sexier (unless you just like the accent..), and are not friendlier... (in fact, French Canadians tend to have LESS common courtesy; less thank-you's, etc...)
Sometimes I feel bad that a lot of American's initial Canadian impressions are generated in Montreal...
And French Canadians are definately worse drivers ;-)
Plus, the political scene in Quebec sucks ass...
As for cheek kissing, that happens in Alberta with the girls too..
