That's great- but I still think Charlie never getting back to me was a little unprofessional. As well as holding me accountable for his 'lack of plugs" and lack of a good time at the Players Ball-

I do think NATS has a great program and they definitley have great customer support.
Their communication skills, and relationship building leave a bit to be desired IMHO-
