Things to note are:

There is not any statement about the ownership of iBill.

Nexcend is claimed to be owned by IBD and operates GKARD.

The activities of IBD are claimed to be "technology can be used across many media segments. Our Applications are designed for adult media where there are proven revenue sources." and activities in channel TV or "XTV Networks" and the provision "to cross sell high margin premium content and interactive services to our user community."

A further statement "All these businesses benefit from Nexcend's database and processing solutions." If that is the case, and unless a non-lying mouth at iBill states otherwise, this suggests the iBill credit card/member database is at the disposal of Nexcend.

Has the scam now reached the level of ripping off customer data (webmaster member data), and shifting this over to Nexcend to promote their adult orientatated activities??

I see one massive upheaval coming shortly and jail time.
