    Trying to make a good thread here, if you are new don't be shy. Ask me about some good ways to convert traffic. I'll tell you whatever I know and hopefully it will help you out.

                  Here's the deal.
                  I have a program up right now and on the first 18 clicks I got a sale. And the PPS is huge.
                  But now it is at 1:320 on massive targetted traffic.

                  The thing is I will keep it up for awhile longer because I know it sells. When I will take it down? Not sure.


                  Also in terms of say TGP or any other type of traffic it COMPLETELY depends on the niche. For example teen for me I expect 1:150 conversions consistant, just because Teen Kelly always did that for me.

                  But hardcore, I am happy with 1:600-800.

                  As a general rule I will normally pull the plug on a sponsor who can't convert 1 sale after the 4,000-5,000 click. Because I don't blind traffic, it is all banner or gallery.

                  That's pretty fair. And let me tell ya, I've had lots of sponsors that are dead... then the last 1,000 clicks make a pile of sales and my ratio turns awesome.

                              I'm not really concerned about overall conversions. I'm concerned about overall sales. I can super filter, super target traffic and get insane conversions. But what's the point if it eliminates a few extra sales? Bragging rights?

                              I think it's good to do a lot of testing.

                              I ran a test a couple months back and the results still baffle me. In March I sent 1500 blind clicks daily to one of my private tours with NO TRIAL, picked up 30 sales. In April I sent those same 1500 blind clicks to a different tour WITH TRIAL, picked up 30 sales.

                              Any input on that?

                                                              Or could help prove a little theory of mine that if someone wants to get in the site bad enough they don't care if there is a trial or not.

                                                                                          Obviously per click, because the amount of traffic that can be sent is monsterous. As an owner you have to have extreme fraud protection measures in place.

                                                                                                      Hmmmm, well I don't have a lot of experience with it other than gallery submissions. I used to promote a single girl NN site that way and it converted like mad.

                                                                                                      Of course the next best way is to cross sell and partner up with other single girl sites. So you could say "Buy a membership at Annas site and get a membership to GirlX for only $X a month!"

                                                                                                      Inside members areas is good.
                                                                                                      Paid advertising on SE (adwords.google.com)

                                                                                                      Lots of options.

                                                                                                                      I lean towards PPS these days. Unless I know the site retains from past experience.

                                                                                                                      Owner - I offer 50% rev and $30 PPS

                                                                                                                      As for billing companies- I won't deal with some companies based soley on who they process with, yes.

                                                                                                                      I like dealing with the unpromoted stuff more. LS content is everywhere, but if you have a nice unpromoted fresh site it gives people something new to look at- and best results are usually found this way.

                                                                                                                                  i am very picky about who i post as a Featured Babe on my site. my members expect hotties - natural breasts - etc - and they expect a clean site. i do it this way because they know if i link a chick she's quality and they join. apparently my opinion counts to them.

                                                                                                                                              I was converting at 1:100 from targetted niche traffic to a tour but had to use an fpa (bacause of pop-ups).
                                                                                                                                              Now although I am still sending from the same source I am now getting 1:500 with the fpa in front of the tour

                                                                                                                                              I really thought this would of improved conversions and am confused, can you explain this?
