this fucking sucks.... i thought i could use a company like
www.thedelawarecompany.com to incorporate for me, and then use their supplied agent as the principle... but turns out.... the company has to be under HIS name... and he also has to provice SSN + EIN + Drivers Licence number... and no incorporating company will do that...
so what the fuck option do i have now??? i've kind of hit a dead end... any suggestions???
