          It's already happening. I live in So Cal. The town I live in has become predominately hispanic. All the white people are gone. So this story makes perfect sense to me.

          And before all of the racist GFY bullshit starts, let me say this: If I was a racist, would I have married a non white?

                  I think it will happen in 60 years or so. It's well on the way. They are just taking back what was originally theirs anyway. Although I can't see them breaking away from the country, due to the vast benefits of being US affilliated, I can see them taking more promenant positions to get the respect they are lacking from the rest of the population.
