What effect does keywords in the domain name and page name have on the ranking algorithm if any? Would you consider it a main factor in rankings or one of the lower factors?

I just had 4 of my clients and 4 of my own sites hit top ten

Keywords in the domain name, not a big deal.....keywords in a page name makes a difference.......check your ICQ Charles.

There has been a shift. If you are watching close (custom software) you will see it isnt finished. Good for you man.

Do php pages get ranked for the content displayed or the actual code tags on the page?

How much less does a keyword in a second directory filename count? Third?

if it's www.transexual.com/movie/downloads

does that count more than

www.transexual.com/transexual-movie-downloads

or how about

www.transexual.com/movie-downloads.htm?

if you are targeting the keyword transexual movie downloads

Yahoo sends about double that and here's where to start:
Create standard keyword optimized pages, make sure you provide at least some free targeted content to surfers (hint: don't spam) and yahoo will send you targeted traffic. Rinse and Repeat

I've got my own username and password, I'll look into it and let you know. Also, I'm basing that figure on what I do with other traffic sources that we both use but will remain nameless here. The profit from those for me is about $5k a month.
